Process Flow

From Field to Fuel — Step by Step

Our end-to-end production process is designed for maximum efficiency, traceability, and zero waste.

01

Biomass Feedstock Collection

Agricultural residue — paddy straw, sugarcane bagasse, and press mud — is collected from farms within a 50 km radius. Our dedicated procurement network ensures year-round feedstock availability.

~50 MT/day intake capacity
02

Pre-Treatment & Slurry Preparation

Feedstock is shredded, mixed with water, and conditioned to optimal C:N ratio. The slurry is pre-heated to 35–37°C before entering the digester for maximum methane yield.

Continuous stirred-tank reactor design
03

Anaerobic Digestion

The conditioned slurry undergoes mesophilic anaerobic digestion in our sealed digesters. Microbial activity breaks down organic matter, producing raw biogas (55–65% methane) over a 25–30 day retention period.

25–30 day hydraulic retention time
04

Biogas Purification (Upgrading)

Raw biogas passes through our Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) upgrading system, removing CO₂, H₂S, and moisture. Output is pipeline-grade biomethane with >96% methane purity.

>96% CH₄ purity achieved
05

Compression & Dispensing

Purified biomethane is compressed to 200 bar using high-pressure cascade compressors, filled into CBG cylinders, and dispatched to CGD networks, industrial users, and transport fuel stations.

06

Bio-Slurry Processing

Digested slurry is separated into liquid and solid fractions. Solid bio-slurry is processed into enriched organic fertilizer (FOM), creating a zero-waste circular economy loop.
